About the founder
More than two decades connecting investment strategy, greenhouse engineering, construction and commercial crop production.
Memduh Özsaraç founded TMG in Antalya in 2010 after building his technical foundation in agricultural engineering, hydroponics and advanced greenhouse automation. His work spans feasibility, system design, procurement, construction, commissioning and production start-up—allowing every technical decision to be judged against yield, quality, labour and operating cost.
Across his career, he has contributed to greenhouse programmes covering more than 5,000,000 m², including approximately 2,000,000 m² of turnkey delivery. His principal crop experience includes hydroponic tomato and cherry bunch varieties, strawberry and cucumber.

Agricultural Engineering at Akdeniz University, Agricultural Economics at the University of Haifa, hydroponic production study in Japan, and advanced greenhouse technology and automation development in the Netherlands.
Founded TMG in Antalya, then directed large-scale commercial tomato greenhouse programmes across Bina, Zira and Türkan in Greater Baku.
Established TMG Teplitsa in Moscow; delivered strawberry and tomato projects in Crimea and Mineralnye Vody, followed by major Turkish greenhouse projects and technical services.
